Fees:

For the 2009-2010 co-op year, all families must pay a $125.00 non-refundable registration/ copy fee per family for the year if paid by May 31, 2009, if paid after that date the amount is $150.00.  The tuition per student each month is:


$20.00 for one (1) class
$35.00 for a half-day
$60.00 for a full day of classes

General Forms Information:

  1. Click on the forms below and download them, print them, fill them out and then return them.
  2. Each student needs their own Medical Release Form and Class Schedule - other forms may be filed jointly if students are from the same family.
